GED Transcripts

Enrollment and Records Services does not process request for GED Transcripts. If you earned a GED in North Carolina, you can request a copy of your GED Transcript by completing the form at the following link and mailing it to the NC State GED Office.

Adult High School Transcript

Enrollment and Records Services does not process request for Adult High School Transcripts. You can request a copy of your Adult High School Transcript by contacting Anita Pearson, Adult High School Coordinator, at 919-334-1503 at the Adult Education Center.

Enrollment and Records Services provides official and unofficial transcripts upon written authorization from the student. Unofficial copies are provided at no charge. Official transcripts will be issued at a charge of $5.00 per transcript due at the time of the request when requested via mail, in person or via fax. Transcripts may also be requested online via our service provider, the National Student Clearinghouse. Online transcript requests will incur an additional $2.50 convenience fee that is collected by the National Student Clearinghouse, along with the Wake Tech fee of $5.00. Transcript requests will not be processed, under any circumstance, for students who have any outstanding indebtedness to the College.

To protect each individual's privacy, a transcript request must be signed by the student or graduate. The request should include the student identification number and the dates the individual attended Wake Tech. Transcript requests may be submitted in person, by mail, by fax, or online.

To request a transcript in person:

Come to Holding Hall, Room 124-H on the 401S campus, 9101 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday -Thursday or 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Fridays. You will need picture ID to pick up your transcript.

or fax it to 919-662-3564. Do not mail cash; send a check, money order, or credit/debit card authorization. If you are faxing, you will need to provide a debit or credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only) and expiration date to cover the $5.00 per official transcript fee.

Please note that online transcript orders will not be processed until the signature sheet is returned to the National Student Clearinghouse as indicated in the ordering process. Nor will transcript orders be fulfilled if there are any financial holds on the student’s record.
